We are pleased to announce that the El Paso County Commissioners will be honoring our local small businesses with a proclamation recognizing Small Business Saturday at the Board of County Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, November 14, 2023. We would like to extend an invitation to the local Chamber of Commerce to attend the open BOCC meeting for this special proclamation. Please RSVP with Rebecca Rudder at RebeccaRudder@elpasoco.com by November 7, 2023, to confirm your attendance.

We encourage you to share this invite with small business owners in your community along with a request to submit pictures of their small businesses or events related to Small Business Saturday. These pictures will be displayed during the proclamation at the BOCC meeting as a means of encouraging community participation with Small Business Saturday on November 25.

The deadline for submitting photos is Tuesday, November 8, 2023. Please send your photos directly to epcpio@elpasoco.com. These photos will be included in the slideshow and presented during the event.
