Meet the Staff / Board

Dave Ahrens - Board Chair

SellState Alliance Realty  / dave@mynewcoloradospringshome.com          719-352-2670

Dave met his wife in Edwards, Colorado. After getting married in Divide, they raised two children. The family enjoyed camping, fishing, 4H, Boy Scouts, snowmobile and motorcycle racing, restoring and showing antique vehicles. The kids are grown now and have given them grandchildren to enjoy. They continue to enjoy the climate and lifestyle the great state of Colorado has provided for them. Dave has extensive knowledge of both residential and farming properties. He has practical experience working with septic systems, wells and subdividing larger properties. As a buyer, seller, investor, and owner of rental properties he knows what people want and how they like to be treated. As interim president for the Eastern Plains Chamber of Commerce, he plans to help grow the Chamber, not only to be a resource for local business but also for people and new businesses moving to the area that wants to learn more about the Eastern Plains has to offer.

Michael Lordino - President

Allstate Insurance of Falcon    |    mlordino@allstate.com     |     719-749-6777

After spending my entire career in the corporate world, I was excited to become an agency owner in 2018. It’s amazing to be in a position where I can contribute to the local economy while supporting the needs of the community. Nothing makes me happier than knowing my work guides families in meaningful directions. I love helping customers choose the right coverage, so they can prepare for the unexpected.

I have a strong affection for living here. I lived in Colorado for 12 years while earning my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Colorado Boulder. After spending some time in Seattle, I returned to Colorado in 2017. This area is ideal for an outdoorsy family like mine, including my wife, Yolanda, our two children, Dylan and Brooke, and our golden retriever, Winter. I enjoy camping at Cheyenne Mountain State Park, boating at Lake Pueblo State Park, taking our all-terrain vehicles out at Rampart Range, and skiing in Breckenridge.

Since I know and love living here in our little ranching community, I try to stay involved as much as possible. I’m a member and serve on the board for the Eastern Plains Chamber of Commerce. I also volunteer in my kids’ sports activities at the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region.

I have a kind and knowledgeable team who would love to meet you and help you with your insurance needs. Our office is in the Safeway Shopping Center. Please stop by or call us today!
