Pikes Peak Regional Development Corporation (PPRDC) was originally formed under the name of the Old Colorado City Development Company. The organization originated through the cooperative efforts of the City of Colorado Springs and business persons from the Westside of the city. PPRDC was originally formed to provide low interest loans to small businesses located within a six square block area of the Westside. Since that time, PPRDC has been certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration to provide the 504 Loan Program as a Certified Development Company. PPRDC has assisted several hundred small businesses throughout the State of Colorado from a small automatic door company to a multi-million dollar automobile dealership. The SBA 504 Loan Program can be used to purchase land, buildings and equipment with both low down payments and below market interest rates.

Ron Ronco is one of the Dentists, and the owner, of Meridian Dental. The practice was established in 2008 and I began working here in 2009. I purchased the business in 2010. The staff consists of 2 other dentists, 3 assistants, 4 hygienists and 2 front office girls. To allow people to stay local, I have a dentist that does oral surgery, an Endodontist, and an Orthodontist that work in my office on a regular basis. We have made a dedicated effort to be involved in the community and the local schools. The Chamber is a valuable resource for this community and we are proud to be a part of it.
