Original Incorporation was "Falcon Professionals Development League" in May 2003 - then in January 2008 we 'converted' it to "Eastern Plains Chamber of Commerce."

Jason Gray began serving as Chairman of the Board for the Eastern Plains Chamber of Commerce in April 2010. Prior to his appointment, he was the Chairman of the
Community Relations Committee, where he acted as liaison between the Chamber, Falcon School District #49, and local community groups. He also served on the Web, Membership, and Holiday Party committees.
Outside of the chamber, his community service activities include Falcon Freedom Days, Chairman of the Falcon High School Finance Academy advisory board, D49 Business Partners, Eastern Plains Marketing Forum,
PEPNet, and Knights of Columbus.
President: Connie Johnson ...Connie moved from a small town in northeast Iowa to COS in 1968 where she resided until 1985 at which time she and her family moved to a rural setting north of Calhan. She raised her two sons as a single parent, enjoying their participation in 4-H, T ball, Little League, and their school activities and sports.
During that time, she was an avid volunteer for 4-H Committees, EPC Fair Board, Catch It Calf Committee and still serves on the EPC Fair Association Board, and of course the Eastern Plains Chamber.
In addition to her catering business, Connie has been an artist for 30+ years participating in numerous shows across the nation.

Janet McMonigal has began serving as VP for the Eastern Plains Chamber of Commerce in April 2010. Prior to her appointment she was secretary and part of the Community Relations Committee. She is very active in Falcon School District #49, and local community events such as Child ID kit days and Recycling events . Outside of the chamber, community service activities include Falcon Freedom Days, Eastern Plains Marketing Forum, Pikes Peak Marketing Forum and PEPNet.

A native of Colorado, Ann McNeill grew up in the Littleton area until going to college at Colorado State University. She has been very active in the Eastern Plains Chamber, as well as the Colorado Springs Chamber since 2007. Ann is the event organizer for the ongoing Chamber University seminar program in conjunction with Pikes Peak Community College. Her goal is to help bring local business owners together focusing on growth and prosperity for those businesses, as well as to make the Eastern Plains Chamber of Commerce the go-to organization in the Falcon area.

He has worked in nine professions and retired from full-time work in 1992. He is very committed to promotion of Business in the Eastern El Paso
